0 (0): SPI transmit buffer not empty (when FIFOMODE is not present or is 0) or SPI FIFO not empty (when FIFOMODE is 1)

1 (1): SPI transmit buffer empty (when FIFOMODE is not present or is 0) or SPI FIFO empty (when FIFOMODE is 1)
